Gerry is a co-founder of Bridgepoint Consulting. In 1999, he opened the Austin office of David Powell, Inc., a Silicon Valley-based provider of outsourced accounting and financial services. He has extensive experience developing accounting and business strategies for early-stage and mid-market technology companies.
A 25-year industry veteran, Gerry has held executive-level positions with a number of technology companies, including working in a CFO capacity at Chisholm Technologies, Inc. (a Fujitsu subsidiary), Tadpole Technology, Austron, Inc., and Intercim, Inc. He began his career and became a Certified Public Accountant at Price Waterhouse. He has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from LeMoyne College, Syracuse, NY, and an MBA in finance from the University of Texas at Austin. |

Bob is a principal and co-founder of Bridgepoint Consulting. His expertise ranges from Sarbanes-Oxley to strategic financial and accounting consulting for high-growth companies. Bob's prior experience includes 25 years with the Big Four accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. While with PWC, he served as an audit partner and became the managing partner of the Austin office in 1995.
Throughout his career, his clients and experience have ranged from early-stage start-ups to multinational companies where he was responsible for overseeing several IPOs. Subsequent to his years in public accounting, Bob served as CFO of several early-stage technology companies. Bob holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Texas Tech University and he is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas. |

Bill brings to Bridgepoint Consulting more than twenty years of financial experience -- ten years with Big Four firms plus invaluable practical experience as the CFO of early-stage and mid-market companies. Since 2003, Bill has been integrally involved in Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance projects. He also has extensive bankruptcy, turnaround and litigation support experience.
During his career, he has managed and overseen corporate operations, vendors and consulting projects in Eastern Europe, the Middle East and the Pacific Rim. He was awarded the Certified Insolvency and Reorganization Advisor (CIRA) designation in 1992 and is a Certified Public Accountant. Bill received his bachelor’s degree from Baylor University. Currently, he serves as president of the Turnaround Management Association, Central Texas chapter. |

Michael has 20 years of experience in complex integrated business solutions. Prior to joining Bridgepoint Consulting, he served as managing director at BearingPoint, working with a range of organizations. He oversaw the planning, design and implementation of business solutions for human resources, finance and case management.
Michael specializes in tailoring solutions specific to the business problem, defining the appropriate approach and deploying the right combination of client and consulting resources to implement the solutions. He has extensive experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, package software implementation and custom development. Michael has a Bachelor of Arts from Austin College with an emphasis in accounting and information technology. |

Jeff brings over 20 years of experience in financial auditing and operational controls. He served as senior manager at Deloitte LLP’s Dallas office. While there, his focus included internal audit services, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and enterprise risk management. Before Deloitte, he was with BearingPoint, Inc. and served in executive roles in the telecom sector.
As director of governance, risk and compliance services, Jeff will be leading the firm’s efforts to provide internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley outsourcing in Dallas as well as in the Austin Metro Area. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas. |

Kit Webster has, at various times, been CEO, president and CFO of publicly and privately held companies, primarily focusing on technology. Prior to joining Bridgepoint Consulting, he served as president and CEO of NewsStand, Inc. and president of TippingPoint Technologies. He has over 30 years of senior management experience and possesses a combination of strategic, operational, financial and technical skills.
With an entrepreneurial focus, Kit has successfully restructured numerous companies, led mergers, acquisitions and IPOs. He earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in electrical engineering from Rice University. He has taught a finance course in the MBA program at the University of Texas at Austin and is currently teaching Business Process Excellence in the business school. |

Monica brings more than 20 years of financial and accounting experience to our team. Prior to joining Bridgepoint Consulting, Monica served as the Chief Financial Officer at Red River Service Corporation, Inc. in Dripping Springs, TX. Earlier in her career, she was the CFO at Schlotzsky’s shortly after it went public and has been in a variety of other consulting, accounting and auditing roles.
Monica’s focus is managing relationships with consultants and BPC clients to ensure complete customer satisfaction. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas. |
